Brian Rudell was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia and grew up in Richmond's Chesterfield County.  After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Elon University in 2001, he moved back to Virginia Beach to begin his real estate appraisal career and in January of 2006 formed Longbay Appraisal, Inc.  Brian is currently a state certified real estate appraiser and enjoys fishing, kayaking, and exercising during his spare time.
